As the self-proclaimed Queen of To-Do Lists,I've sampled my share of productivity apps (only to serve as long-term lists. No, I'm not talking about weights, although you should be doing that, too.  I'm talking about the smartphone app called LIFT, which helps you achieve your goals--whatever they are!
